HYMNS

I have written over 30 hymns in the last 10 years, many of them to the tune 'Bunessan' - it is such an easy tune to which to write words!  Some of them are better than others but I guess that is true of all hymn writers... The Olympics hymn was published in the preaching magazine 'Ichthus' at the time of the London Olympics and the hymn written for the Methodist Recorder's 150th anniversary came 3rd in their competition.  Both the Preacher's hymn and the Chapel Anniversary/Church Closing hymn have been used in various churches - in Norfolk and elsewhere. As with my other material, feel free to use any of them but please credit me appropriately as you would any copyrighted hymns.

I have over 20 of my father's hymns (Rev Bill Horton 1928 - 2012) and will also be posting these here in due course.
